Christine worked with our daughter to help with the preparation for her 11+ exams. Spending a year attending Christine’s lessons, including the summer maths school.
Christine has a great style of teaching and brings her great experience to bear. Our daughter found Christine’s teaching very effective in reinforcing the maths she had been taught at school and set up her well for her exams. Areas of maths knowledge which needed to be improved were focused on and of great benefit were the strategies Christine taught for approaching questions for the different maths topics. At the same time our daughter tells us she found all the lessons great fun! The homework set by Christine focused on the areas our daughter needed to work on and were a mix of online exercises and written work.
In addition, Christine runs her summer maths school, which really helped our daughter reinforce what she had learnt over the previous year, prepare well for the upcoming 11+ exams and was highly enjoyable.
I highly recommend Christine for maths tutoring – she is worth it!

Whatever the outcome I think she’s done her best & I was so proud when she told me that at first this week she thought she couldn’t answer a whole page but she stuck with it & didn’t panic & was able to get somewhere after all!
Definitely the sessions have helped a lot so we’ll do this paper ahead of next week & focus on staying calm & positive!

Christine has been a wonderful tutor for my twins who required some additional support with maths in preparation for their 11+ exams. The lessons were focused and well planned as well as being enjoyable. My girls were always happy to attend whether it be a 121 session or holiday workshop.
